If you keep these SMARTEST tips in mind your goal will be something you can stick to and achieve. When you have your goal written down, make sure it resonates with you and you feel excited, inspired and rearing to achieve it every time you read it! Read it daily. Then put some action steps down with dates on as to when you will get these done, small steps to achieving your goal, even reward yourself for achieving these action steps, you may want to call them the milestones to your goal. Always acknowledge your success on the small steps as "one foot in front of the other" is how we get there in the end!
